NAKSHA VASTU.COM takes every project (based on the services) very seriously and ensures that the same is handled professionally and the client gets the result as per our promise to him. Though we are a service provider, we do not grant refund requests if you are unhappy with the results after using the Change Option. Instead, we have provided our clients with change alternatives based on the services they have acquired.
Transactions between you and Naksha Vastu shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India, without regard to the laws regarding conflicts of law. Any litigation regarding this agreement or any transaction between the customer and Naksha Vastu or any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these agreements or transactions shall be filed only in the Competent Courts of Darbhanga Bihar alone and the customer hereby agrees, to consents and submits to the jurisdiction of such courts to litigate any such action.

• We are well aware that every customer who purchases a product from our website does so out of complete trust in us.
• Hence, we take responsibility for any satisfaction arising there.
• We are sorry, but once the order is placed and the project has started, it cannot be canceled.

Timely payments:

A project is not considered to be void if the agreed upon / listed payments are not clear.

Timely communication from the client:

If required information for the successful completion of the project is not communicated to us on time. Any delay or failure of the project arising out of such situations cannot be attributed to Naksha Vastu.com
Completeness of information provided by the client: If the information provided to us is incomplete and/or complete information/scope of the project (service and/or product) is not provided at the beginning of the project, Naksha Vastu.com is not bound to maintain its delivery.
Naksha Vastu.com will not make any compensation for the delay of delivery under any circumstances unless there is a special agreement signed or Committed with a penalty clause for delay in delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
